I recently spent 10 days at the Erbil Rotana Hotel in February and had an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel to all business travelers. The Business Club Lounge is the perfect place for working, offering outstanding hospitality. A special mention goes to Yeassmen, who provided professional and excellent service. I have to commend all the teams that I have met and had the pleasure to work with at the Rotana. The experience starts from the personal greetings at the reception, porters, and security, to guest relations, club lounge and restaurants (including all staff), housekeeping, laundry, etc. (apologies if I left anyone), not to mention management. They are exceptionally professional, courteous, and bring hospitality to a new level with a personal touch. They all collectively make the Rotana my home away from home. Thank you!

The team at Rotana is super professional, friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, I stay at Rotana almost every week for a couple of days and the guys there make me feel like I'm at home, Wassim usually is my main contact point. The food options and quality in general at the hotel can be improved, especially for healthy nutritious vegetarian options and especially for in-room dining
