I am writing to share our experience from our stay at Villa Rotana on Sheikh Zayed Road, where we lived for about 10 months, from September 2023 until June 2024. Our very first encounter at Villa Rotana was with Anne, and I cannot express enough how much of a pivotal role she played in our decision to stay with you. From the moment we walked through the doors, Anne greeted us with a warmth and sincerity that immediately made us feel welcome. She attentively listened to our needs, gave us a thorough tour of the rooms, and clearly outlined the next steps. Once we made the decision to stay, it was Anne again, with her radiant smile, who ensured our move-in was seamless and comfortable. Her dedication and attention to detail truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Anne is an absolute gem, and Rotana would be wise to nurture her growth within the company—her talents would shine even brighter in a managerial role. Please, do not let such an asset slip away. Beyond Anne’s exceptional hospitality, we were also consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team at Villa Rotana. From the prompt responses of the engineering staff when we encountered issues like a bathroom leak or an appliance concern, to the tireless work of the housekeeping team, everyone contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We want to especially highlight a few more individuals: Yusuuf, who always went above and beyond to assist us and never left us waiting for answers; and Abdul, who seemed to always be there, working tirelessly with a keen eye for detail. We also cannot forget the incredible team effort during the heavy rainstorm in April. The staff came together in an extraordinary way, not only managing the challenging circumstances but also opening your doors to help those stranded and seeking refuge. It was an inspiring display of compassion, and we know many people were grateful for your kindness. Our stay at Villa Rotana was more than just a long-term accommodation—it became a community where we made lasting friendships. We will forever consider Anne a lifelong friend, and we look forward to returning to Dubai and, inshallah, staying with you again. Starting with the warm welcome from Mr. Abdul and Mr. Supon in the reception, to the special main road view suite we got from Ms. Maricar with her positive and funny energy. Still remember the joke about her name being a car brand!! The buffet breakfast was the shock of the stay! Really endless varieties of fresh and delicious food run by an attentive and smile-oriented team like Ms. Mel and Mr. Kisan. The pool is small but breath-taking and overlooks the Burj Khalifa. We also bumped into the hotel manager, Mr. Barakat, who welcomed us at the gym with an amazing and healthy smile while taking his training. Villa Rotana’s environment is simply nice, cozy, family-healthy, with genuine love in the air. Will be our favorite in the middle of the Dubai city. Last but not least, a very special thanks to Eng. Tarek, who helped me with a free charging socket for my car. Really nice & happy environment

Staff was so helpful. Did best of the services they could . Special thanis to Supun, he helped us alot. Will keep this hotel in mind whenever visiting dubai again. The whole experience at this hotel was 10/10. Thank you guys

The hotel is very nice next to metro the rooms are also nice with kitchen and big size for family, there is nice customer service thanks Mr Alan he so kind and professional. I will come back.... ..........

Thanks to some excellent staff members (e.g. Maricar and Abdul), this hotel remains quite good. It is still a very nice place to stay, "human size" hotel (5 floors Vs city sky scrappers) that is well located and with nice roof top swimming pool and gym. But compared to my last stay there in 2017, the level of customer care has slightly decreased. Some of the crew members (specially in the night shift) are not professional at all.

Really it was an excellent property with amazing staff . While i was facing so issue with the room some staff called alaa help us and i was very thankful for hem he change my opinion to stay in the facility’s and invite my family also for several night stay

Staff are very friendly, upstairs pool and gym area the highlight. central location and next door to Eat and Drink. best for those who are looking for casual laid back and don't want all the glitz and glamour of some of the bigger properties in Dubai

Beautiful hotel, very clean, close to metro and one stop to Burj Khalifa. Staff is very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed. Swimming pool on the roof hotel was ideal to refresh after very hot weather. Staff also in gym and swimming pool were very nice.

Awesome stay at Villa Rotana and the staff were excellent, especially Mr. Supun and Gopal, who went beyond their means to accommodate us. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
