Spa Treatment Reservation
To accommodate your preferences we recommend a 24 hour prior reservation.

Spa Treatment Check-In
For your convenience, we suggest you arrive at the Spa Reception 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please arrive 30 minutes before if you wish to use our wet,heat and cold facilities.

Spa Late Arrival
In consideration of other spa guests who booked their treatment after yours, please note that your treatment time may have to be reduced and will be charged in full.

Spa Cancellations
Please note that a 24 hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise a 50% charge will apply. For cancellation less than 4 hours prior to treatment and no-show, the full value of the treatment will be charged.

Spa Attire
Upon arrival, spa robe, towels, slippers, disposable underwear will be graciously provided to you. We suggest a relaxing shower before your treatment. Undergarments or swimwear must be worn at all times to avoid embarrassment.

Spa Rules
Alcohol, food, cigarettes and mobile phones are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
